Advisory Board

Mee-Yan co-founded the OD Certificate Programme and served as its sole Programme Dean for most of the past ten years, during which time she has been the most prominent champion of OD in the UK and parts of Europe. Sandra co-created the Future Search whole system approach, and she is recognized as one of the leading figures in the OD field on working with complex systems, including in multiple cultures. Bob was a pioneer in co-conceptualising Dialogic OD and differentiating its principles and methods from those of Diagnostic OD. He has also been an OD thought leader on covert processes, use of metaphors, and working across Eastern and Western cultures. Ed was among NTL’s early members. His substantial thought leadership includes conceptualising and applying process consultation, corporate culture, career anchors, and practitioner humble inquiry and helping.
